Great that you have included evidence of testing your product and feedback. I don't think you need to screen shot all the questionnaires. It doesn't look very appealing and it's difficult to see what's been written. Could you not just post the findings? Maybe collate some kind of bar chart to make it appear more visual? Or type up some of the comments made. It would also be useful if you made some comment here with reference to what you have decided to change and edit based on this feedback.
